MAY CENIZA

From a front desk officer in a hotel, to a businesswoman and boutique owner, May Catherine Valle-Ceniza joined DZMM as a production assistant in 1992. Because of her commendable performance, she got promoted as the station’s first executive producer. At present, she holds the position of Special Projects Manager for Manila Radio Divison. She was one of the award recipients of the 2008 ABS-CBN Wow Awards.

Currently, she co-anchors the eight-year old program Magpayo Nga Kayo with Dean Amado Valdez. She also serves as pinch-hitter for Aksyon Ngayon Global Patrol, Usapang de Campanilla, and Todo-Todo Walang Preno. Her past programs were Radyo-Radyo and Awit-Tawanan, both co-anchored with former DZMM anchor Joey Galvez.

May spent her elementary and high school years at the College of the Holy Spirit and earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from St. Paul College of Quezon City. Her interests and hobbies include travelling, watching movies, web surfing and reading books.
