BOBBY YAN

Television host and sports anchor Bobby Yan is one of the newest addition to DZMM’s roster of anchors. He joined DZMM on July 2009 as co-anchor to Amy Perez’ pre-dawn Weekday counseling program, A.M.Y-About Me and You. In the show, Bobby strikes a balance in counseling the listerners by giving out a man’s point of view in their problems, particularly about love and family.

Born in Mandaluyong, Bobby attended elementary and high school studies in Xavier School and gained his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Business Management.at the De La Salle University, Manila.

This former UAAP courtside reporter was also part of ABS-CBN’s Alas Singko Y Medya, Magandang Umaga Bayan, Etchetera, Global Filipino on TFC, and Sports TV on Studio 23. He also had a stint in politics as a San Juan City councilor.

Bobby’s interests include basketball, computer graphics, video editing, fantasy football, and basketball on the internet.
